Change of Mind

Due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once a product has been opened or used. If the item is unopened and in its original condition, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss a return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue

A clear photo of the product

We will replace the item or provide a refund where appropriate.

Allergic Reactions

We list full ingredients for every product. If you experience a reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact us. Refunds for reactions are assessed case‑by‑case.

Sale Items

Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.
