A gentle, non‑invasive resurfacing treatment that smooths texture, brightens dullness, and enhances product absorption. Ideal for: uneven tone, surface congestion, dullness, pre‑event glow.

Microchanneling

A gentle, superficial skin‑renewal treatment that uses ultra‑fine needles to boost circulation, support collagen activity and improve overall skin function. As the micro‑channels are created, sterile hyaluronic acid is infused into the skin for deep hydration, smoother texture and a healthy, natural glow — all with no downtime.

Microneedling

Controlled micro‑injuries activate collagen and elastin production, improving firmness, texture, scarring, and long‑term skin function. Ideal for: ageing, pigmentation, scarring, uneven texture, loss of volume. Each treatment includes pure sterile hyaluronic acid for hydration and comfort.

  • Microneedling may cause mild discomfort, particularly in areas with thinner skin. Microchanneling and Microexfoliation are generally very comfortable. Most clients describe the sensation as warm, prickly, or lightly scratchy rather than painful.

  • Most clients achieve optimal results with a course of 3–5 treatments, spaced 2–4 weeks apart depending on the level and your skin goals. During your consultation, we’ll create a personalised plan based on your skin condition and desired outcomes.

  • Yes. 1NEED Pro is a Class IIB medical‑grade device featuring the world’s safest NoFlow® anti back‑flow system to prevent cross‑contamination. Treatments are performed in a controlled, sterile environment and are suitable for most skin types.

  • You may experience mild redness for 24–48 hours, similar to a light sunburn. Most clients return to normal activities quickly. Makeup can be worn after 12–24 hours (mineral preferred), and LED can be added to accelerate healing and reduce downtime.

  • You’ll notice an immediate glow within 24–48 hours. Collagen production continues over the following weeks, with visible improvements in texture, tone, and firmness developing progressively. Results compound with each session.

  • Yes — Levels 1 and 2 (Microexfoliation and Microchanneling) are ideal for pre‑event radiance. Level 3 Microneedling is best performed at least 7–10 days before an event to allow for full recovery and optimal glow.

  • Yes — if you prefer additional comfort, you may apply your own numbing cream at home before your appointment. Numbing products strong enough for skin needling are available over the counter from pharmacies.

    For safety and compliance, the clinic cannot supply, store, or apply numbing cream for you. If you choose to use it, please apply a thin, even layer to clean skin 30–45 minutes before your appointment, and remove it thoroughly before arriving.
